We use MenuCalc software to develop nutrient value estimates. MenuCalc is a nationally recognized web-based online software for calculating the nutrition results. It is National Restaurant Association endorsed and a FDA recognized method for analysis. MenuCalc calculates nutrition results using a method called database nutrition analysis, one of two approved methods by the FDA for obtaining nutrition analysis. Database analysis allows a user to use a database of previous analyzed ingredients to calculate nutrition results. While we do our best to ensure accuracy, we make no representation or warranty regarding the information contained in the MenuCalc database, and there can be no assurance that any of the information contained therein has not been, or will not be changed or altered.
