Fats, Carbs, and Protein
If you consume more calories than you burn, you gain weight. If you consume less than you burn, you lose weight.
That’s it. It’s the ONLY way to gain or lose weight.
Every single food on the planet is comprised out some variation of 3 macronutrients, fats, carbs, proteins. These macro nutrients make up the calories in your food. Fats have 9 calories per gram, Carbs and protein have 4 calories per gram.
